23rd JD CYDC Program

Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln Counties

The 23rd Judicial District is Colorado's newest judicial district, formally established in January 2025. We serve youth across three distinct counties - Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln - a unique blend of urban and rural communities. We provide detention screening and assessment, detention bed management, pretrial release supervision, and direct services to youth and families. Our work is guided by a commitment to public safety while also supporting the growth and well-being of each young person who comes into contact with the juvenile justice system.
